have u checked ur spam folder? sometimes edd emails end up there. also make sure ur contact info is up to date in the system

Not to be that guy, but are you sure you filled out the application correctly? I've seen people get hung up because they missed a box or entered something wrong.

This might sound crazy, but have you tried faxing them? I know, welcome to 1995, right? But I swear, sometimes their fax line is less backed up than everything else.
