Claimyr Refund Policy

Our guarantee: a live agent, or your money back.

You get a full refund when:

1. We could not connect you with a live agent at the agency you ordered.
2. Checkout showed "Guaranteed live agent by the end of the next business day", and we had not connected you with a live agent by the end of the business day after the day you ordered. A business day is a weekday the agency is open, other than a holiday.

Ask for your refund within 70 days of your purchase, in the chat at claimyr.com or by email to support@claimyr.com. We will not respond to refund requests made more than 70 days after the purchase.

IMPORTANT

If your call ends before you get to talk with a live agent, we call again for free:

• Call hangs up
• Call goes silent

Ask for another call in the chat at claimyr.com. If we still cannot get you a live agent, you get your money back.

Once you have talked with a live agent, your order is complete, even if the agent could not solve your problem or transferred you. Another call is a new order. On your first order with Claimyr you can still ask for another call for free, and returning customers may get one at our discretion.

Please do not call the agency on your own while we call for you: it adds calls to the agency's lines and makes it harder for everyone, you included, to reach an agent.
