Claimyr Refund Policy



Claimyr will provide refunds only if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. You were not able to speak with an agent using Claimyr.
  2. You have used all of your dropped call insurance callbacks. We will not refund you unless you fully attempt to talk to an agent using Claimyr. Yes, the product works, so have faith and patience - you will speak with an agent using Claimyr.
  3. You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase. We will not respond to refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase.

IMPORTANT


These are some common issues during the call:

  • Call hangs up
  • Call goes silent
  • Agent is rude or unhelpful
  • Call is transferred and then hangs up

In all cases, you are covered under our dropped call insurance policy and you can request another callback for free by responding "YES" to our company number (888) 506-3199.


Please do not call on your own. If you call on your own and get through and place a callback with Claimyr to increase your odds, that is not a valid excuse for a refund. These calls cost us a lot of money to place and we are not in the business of subsidizing your behavior. Also by calling on your own, you are adding unnecessary phone calls into the system. If you do this you are making it harder for others (and yourself!) to reach an agent.
