PFL Payment from 4/7 still not received - Need help getting an update!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I applied for Paid Family Leave and was supposed to get my payment on April 7th. It's been weeks now and I still haven't received anything. Has anyone else experienced delays like this? I'm getting worried and could really use some advice on how to get an update or speed things up. This wait is killing me!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I went through something similar last year. Have you tried calling the PFL office? Fair warning though, getting through to a human can be a nightmare.

•I've been trying to call for days but keep getting stuck in this endless phone tree. It's so frustrating! 😤

•Pro tip: call right when they open. I managed to get through after only 30 minutes on hold that way.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

•Yeah, it's totally legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they post updates there before sending out payments.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I waited almost 2 months for my PFL payment. The system is so backed up right now. Hang in there!

•Same boat here. It's ridiculous how long were expected to wait for OUR money. 🤬

OK, let me break this down for you. Here's what you need to do: 1. Document everything. Keep a log of all your attempts to contact them. 2. Check your online account daily for updates. 3. If you haven't already, file an official inquiry through their website. 4. Reach out to your local state representative. They can sometimes expedite things. 5. If all else fails, consider filing a complaint with the Department of Labor. Remember, persistence is key. Don't let them forget about your claim. Good luck!

I'm telling you, the whole system is rigged against us. They probably 'lost' your paperwork or something. 🙄

Just a heads up, make sure all your docs were submitted correctly. My payment was delayed becuz I forgot to sign one form. Double check everything!

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! My payment was supposed to come through on 4/12 and still nothing. It's so stressful when you're counting on that money. I've been checking my account obsessively and calling every day. The worst part is not knowing if there's an issue with your claim or if it's just their slow processing. Have you tried reaching out through their social media accounts? Sometimes companies respond faster there when they know it's public. Stay strong - we'll get through this! 💪
