Anyone with Credit Karma direct deposit date 3/18 receive their tax refund yet?

Thanks! I pulled my transcript and it does show code 846 with the 3/18 date. I triple checked my direct deposit info and its correct. Guess I'll just have to wait a few more days before panicking lol

I had to wait 7 business days past my DDD with Credit Karma last year. Their processing is soooo slow compared to traditional banks!

Nope no notification at all. I checked yesterday morning - nothing. Checked again around 10pm - nothing. Woke up this morning and boom, there it was. Their system is weird.

It worked for me and two of my coworkers who were also having refund issues. Just make sure you have all your tax info ready when they connect you. The IRS agent I spoke with actually mentioned they've been seeing a lot of Credit Karma delays specifically.

Same! Online banks are convenient for everything EXCEPT tax refunds and government payments. Those always seem delayed.

You need one of these to verify your identity: credit card, mortgage, auto loan, or student loan. If you don't have any of those, you can request it by mail (takes forever) OR use taxr.ai which can access and explain it all for you

I used claimyr.com to reach them - had an agent on the phone within 30 mins. Straight up couldn't believe it after trying to call myself for days and getting nowhere. The agent confirmed my money was sent and even put a trace on it which seemed to speed things up.

FYI the payment trace option only shows up after certain conditions are met. For me it wasn't available until 2 weeks after my DDD passed

WAY more useful than just looking at the transcript myself. It explains what every code means in plain english, shows the timeline of what's happened, and predicts what will happen next. I had no idea what all those codes meant before - now I understand exactly where my return is in the process and when I'll get paid.
