PFL claim stuck 'pending process' for 3 weeks - Does EDD need more info?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

If it goes beyond 4 weeks, then start trying to contact them aggressively. 6. Consider reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes expedite claims. Hang in there! The system is slow, but it usually works out in the end.

I'm going through the exact same thing right now! My PFL claim has been stuck on "pending process" for about 2.5 weeks. It's so nerve-wracking not knowing what's happening. I've been checking my online account obsessively but there's literally no updates or messages asking for additional info. From what I'm reading here, it sounds like this is unfortunately pretty normal? Still doesn't make the waiting any easier though. Really hoping we both hear something soon! 🤞
