PFL claim not resolved - need advice on following up

Ugh, I feel your pain. PFL claims can be such a headache. Have you tried calling them directly? Sometimes that's the only way to get things moving.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes they update the status there before they actually contact you. Might be worth a look if you haven't already.

Have you tried faxing your documents? I know it sounds old school, but sometimes that gets faster results than mailing or uploading online.
