Hey everyone, I'm having an issue with my PFL claim. It's not showing up in the pending area online. Has anyone else experienced this? I submitted it a few days ago and I'm getting worried. Any advice on what to do next?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

How long ago did you submit your claim? It can take up to 2 weeks to show up online sometimes. The system is soooo slow 🐌

I had the exact same issue last month! My claim disappeared from the pending area for almost a week and I was panicking. Turns out there was a technical glitch on their end. I ended up having to call multiple times, but when I finally got through, the rep told me my claim was actually being processed normally - it just wasn't displaying properly online. She manually refreshed something in the system and it showed up again within 24 hours. Don't give up! The claim is probably still there, just not visible due to their wonky system.
