PFL claim still pending, no letters received - what to ask agent?

Ugh, I feel your pain! I was in the same boat last year. Have you tried calling them? It's a pain, but sometimes that's the only way to get answers.

When did you file your claim? Sometimes it can take a few weeks to process, especially if they're backlogged.

Quick question - did you submit all the required documentation with your initial claim? I forgot to include one form and it delayed my claim for weeks 🤦‍♀️

Unpopular opinion: sometimes it's faster to just resubmit your claim instead of waiting for them to process the original one. Worked for me! 🤷‍♂️
