Check if you got an email asking for additional documentation. sometimes they send those and the email goes to spam. happened to me and my payments stopped until i uploaded what they needed.

Are you at your BYE (Benefit Year End) date? That would cause a delay while they review your claim for another year.

i had this issue last month! turns out the system flagged my account because i answered the traveling question differently one week (said yes when i visited my mom in nj). had to talk to a rep to fix it.

How do you normally get your payment? Direct deposit or debit card? Some people with the debit card option have been seeing delays recently.
