Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Here's a detailed breakdown of what to do if this happens to anyone else: First, keep ALL your work search records organized. I mean everything - screenshots, emails, confirmations, whatever. Create a folder on your computer and back it up. Second, if you get hit with penalties, immediately request supervisor intervention at your career center. Be polite but firm. Third, send a detailed appeal email with all your evidence attached. Timeline everything. Fourth, if you need to reach them quickly, use claimyr.com to get through instead of waiting on hold forever. Fifth, request a hearing right away if they don't fix it immediately. Don't wait. The system's broken but you can protect yourself if you stay organized 💯
