Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Create a folder on your computer and back it up. Second, if you get hit with penalties, immediately request supervisor intervention at your career center. Be polite but firm. Third, send a detailed appeal email with all your evidence attached. Timeline everything. Fourth, if you need to reach them quickly, use claimyr.com to get through instead of waiting on hold forever. Fifth, request a hearing right away if they don't fix it immediately. Don't wait. The system's broken but you can protect yourself if you stay organized 💯

Here's what you need to do - speaking from experience as someone who dealt with this last month: First, try accessing the site using Chrome in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, clear your browsers cache completely. Make sure you're using a desktop/laptop, not mobile. The site hates phones fr. If you're still getting errors, you'll need to speak with an agent. I recommend using claimyr.com - yeah it costs money but it actually works. They'll get you through to someone who can fix this on their end. Also document everything - take screenshots of the errors, note the times you tried. Sometimes they'll backdate your claim if you can prove you tried to submit earlier. Don't give up, the system is designed to be frustrating but keep at it! 💪
