Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Log into your account first, then open a new tab and try submitting there. Weird trick but worked for me last week
Here's what you need to do - speaking from experience as someone who dealt with this last month: First, try accessing the site using Chrome in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, clear your browsers cache completely. Make sure you're using a desktop/laptop, not mobile. The site hates phones fr. If you're still getting errors, you'll need to speak with an agent. I recommend using claimyr.com - yeah it costs money but it actually works. They'll get you through to someone who can fix this on their end. Also document everything - take screenshots of the errors, note the times you tried. Sometimes they'll backdate your claim if you can prove you tried to submit earlier. Don't give up, the system is designed to be frustrating but keep at it! 💪

Here's what you need to know about missing payments after BYE dates: - After BYE date, system automatically reviews your claim - Backpay is processed once review is complete - Usually takes 2-3 weeks for payments to resume - All certified weeks should be paid retroactively - Keep certifying every week without fail If you need immediate answers, try claimyr.com to get through to an agent. I remember being in this exact spot. Make sure all your info is correct in the system - address, banking info, etc. One wrong digit can delay everything. If anything seems off, don't wait - call them immediately using claimyr.com to skip the hold times. The sooner you catch issues the better!
