Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Here's what you need to do: First, try to reschedule your appointment immediately through your online account. If you can't do it online, you'll need to speak with a rep. The fastest way to get through is using claimyr.com - they'll wait on hold and connect you to an agent. Yes it costs money but its better than waiting weeks for your payment. When you talk to the rep: - Explain why you missed the appointment - Ask about expediting your payment - Get a confirmation number for the call Dont go to the office - they're just going to tell you to call anyway. The phone system is your best bet rn.

Log into your account first, then open a new tab and try submitting there. Weird trick but worked for me last week
Here's what you need to do - speaking from experience as someone who dealt with this last month: First, try accessing the site using Chrome in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, clear your browsers cache completely. Make sure you're using a desktop/laptop, not mobile. The site hates phones fr. If you're still getting errors, you'll need to speak with an agent. I recommend using claimyr.com - yeah it costs money but it actually works. They'll get you through to someone who can fix this on their end. Also document everything - take screenshots of the errors, note the times you tried. Sometimes they'll backdate your claim if you can prove you tried to submit earlier. Don't give up, the system is designed to be frustrating but keep at it! 💪
