Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Here's what you need to do: First, try to reschedule your appointment immediately through your online account. If you can't do it online, you'll need to speak with a rep. The fastest way to get through is using claimyr.com - they'll wait on hold and connect you to an agent. Yes it costs money but its better than waiting weeks for your payment. When you talk to the rep: - Explain why you missed the appointment - Ask about expediting your payment - Get a confirmation number for the call Dont go to the office - they're just going to tell you to call anyway. The phone system is your best bet rn.

I remember being in this exact spot. Make sure all your info is correct in the system - address, banking info, etc. One wrong digit can delay everything. If anything seems off, don't wait - call them immediately using claimyr.com to skip the hold times. The sooner you catch issues the better!

check ur spam folder! sometimes they send important emails there and u might miss it
