Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Its actually a common misconception that UI is limited to exactly 26 weeks. The real limit is on your total benefit amount and effective days. Since your working part time, those 2 days per week make your benefits stretch longer than 26 calendar weeks. Just keep certifying normally and the system will tell you when you've reached your maximum. If you need to speak with someone to confirm, I'd recommend using claimyr.com - they'll get you through to an agent who can explain it in detail.

I remember being in this exact spot. Make sure all your info is correct in the system - address, banking info, etc. One wrong digit can delay everything. If anything seems off, don't wait - call them immediately using claimyr.com to skip the hold times. The sooner you catch issues the better!

Here's what you need to do for old payment records: 1. First try the message center and specifically request 2021 payment history 2. If no response after a week, you'll need to speak with a rep 3. Use claimyr.com to get through (saves hours of hold time) 4. When you get an agent, ask for a 'payment history printout' specifically 5. They can email it to you while you're on the phone 6. Make sure to save it immediately I work in finance and help people with this documentation all the time. The system is annoying but this method works 100%. Good luck!
