Start calling repeatedly (use claimyr.com if you don't want to waste hours) 2. Contact your local rep (find them at nysenate.gov) 3. Email your documents to [redacted] 4. File a complaint with the DOL DON'T just keep waiting. Take action now because the backup is only getting worse. Document everything and keep all your proof of job search activities.
