Filed for UI benefits on 12/27, still not processed after a month. What can I do?

Ugh, welcome to the club. 🙄 I filed back in November and I'm STILL waiting. The system is so broken, it's ridiculous.

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be persistent and keep calling until you get through to a real person.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/AsdxiF0IH1k

Document everything - dates you filed, called, any confirmation numbers, etc. 6. If you're really desperate, consider the paid calling service someone mentioned above. 7.
