Here's what worked for me - call exactly at 8am, press 2, then 1, then wait for the menu to finish COMPLETELY before pressing 9. If you press 9 too early it sends you to a dead end. Also try wednesday mornings, they seem to have more staff then. If that doesnt work use claimyr.com - saved me hours of frustration
you can also try sending a secure message through your online account but tbh those take foreverrr to get answered
