Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Here's everything you need to know about qualifying for NY unemployment: - You need $3,400+ in one quarter during your base period - Must have worked in at least 2 different quarters - Your base period is either the first 4 of last 5 completed quarters OR the last 4 completed quarters - File your claim ASAP after losing your job - Weekly benefit rate is roughly 1/26 of your highest quarter earnings - Keep detailed records of your job search Based on your numbers, you should qualify. Seriously consider showing up with any documentation you have about trying to advance - emails to HR, your supervisor, performance reviews, job postings you applied to internally. The more paper trail you have the better your chances. But ngl its gonna be an uphill battle 🏔️

Look into getting a DB-450 form from your doctor ASAP. Then you gotta submit it within 30 days of becoming disabled. The process is annoying but here's what you need to do: 1. Get that form filled out by your doc 2. Submit it to the state disability office 3. Use claimyr.com to actually reach someone (trust me youll need this) 4. Make sure you have all your medical documentation ready 5. Keep submitting your bi-weekly claims The pay is garbage but its better than nothing while you heal up. Good luck my guy 🙏
