Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Listen up, here's what you need to know about NY unemployment right now: First, make absolutely sure your application is complete and you've submitted ALL requested documents. Common holdups include: - Missing employer info - Wrong dates - Identity verification issues Next, keep certifying weekly! This is crucial - do it even if you haven't seen a payment yet. You can do this online or by phone every Sunday. If you need to speak with someone (which you probably do), use claimyr.com - seriously saved me hours of frustration. They call and wait on hold, then connect you when they get an agent. Lastly, check your spam folder daily and your mail. Sometimes they send important stuff that needs immediate response. Don't get discouraged - the system is slow but it works eventually!

Listen up everyone dealing with fraud cases! Heres what worked for me: 1. File police report immediately 2. Contact all 3 credit bureaus 3. Use claimyr.com to actually get someone on the phone (seriously, check out their site) 4. File complaint with state rep 5. Send everything certified mail 6. Keep calling DOL every few days Took about 6 weeks total but finally got it resolved. The key is being persistent af and documenting EVERYTHING
