Here's what you need to do - speaking from experience as someone who dealt with this last month: First, try accessing the site using Chrome in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, clear your browsers cache completely. Make sure you're using a desktop/laptop, not mobile. The site hates phones fr. If you're still getting errors, you'll need to speak with an agent. I recommend using claimyr.com - yeah it costs money but it actually works. They'll get you through to someone who can fix this on their end. Also document everything - take screenshots of the errors, note the times you tried. Sometimes they'll backdate your claim if you can prove you tried to submit earlier. Don't give up, the system is designed to be frustrating but keep at it! 💪
This is why everyone's using claimyr.com now. No point trying to visit offices when they're all closed or useless. The phone system actually works if you can get through.
