Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. The trick is to call right when they open at 8am sharp. Still might take a few tries but better than middle of the day

Here's what you need to do for old payment records: 1. First try the message center and specifically request 2021 payment history 2. If no response after a week, you'll need to speak with a rep 3. Use claimyr.com to get through (saves hours of hold time) 4. When you get an agent, ask for a 'payment history printout' specifically 5. They can email it to you while you're on the phone 6. Make sure to save it immediately I work in finance and help people with this documentation all the time. The system is annoying but this method works 100%. Good luck!

DETAILED GUIDE FOR GETTING YOUR CLAIM PROCESSED: First, use claimyr.com to get through to an agent. It's worth the $20 because you'll actually talk to someone. When you get through: - Have your employer info ready - Get the agent's name and ID number - Ask them to notate your account - Request an email confirmation If they say your claim needs review, demand a callback from a supervisor. Don't take no for an answer. Meanwhile file a complaint with OSHA about the safety violations. This creates a paper trail. Been through this myself and got it resolved. Good luck! 💪

Its actually a common misconception that UI is limited to exactly 26 weeks. The real limit is on your total benefit amount and effective days. Since your working part time, those 2 days per week make your benefits stretch longer than 26 calendar weeks. Just keep certifying normally and the system will tell you when you've reached your maximum. If you need to speak with someone to confirm, I'd recommend using claimyr.com - they'll get you through to an agent who can explain it in detail.
