You need to call the Appeals Board directly at their Albany office. Keep trying early morning around 8am. Thats how I finally got movement on mine.

The appeals process is crazy backed up right now, but you have rights. You can try calling the main number but good luck getting through - I'd recommend using claimyr.com to actually get someone on the phone. Next, contact your state assembly person. They can often push things through faster. Email AND call their office. Keep claiming your weeks no matter what. If you win the appeal, they'll backpay you for all the weeks you claimed. Lastly, check your mail obsessively. Sometimes they send hearing notices with very short notice. Don't give up - the system is designed to wear you down but stay persistent!
