New York Unemployment Payment History from 2021 Not Showing Up - Need Documentation

You gotta call them directly to get records from 2021. The online system only shows like the last 3 months payment history or something stupid like that 🙄

I actually found a way to get through to them! Used this service called claimyr.com that calls and waits on hold for you then connects you when someone picks up.
