Missing payments after BYE date - still have 100 effective days left
Just started getting payments again after my benefit year ending date in March. Been certifying every single week but missing payments between March 25 and April 14. Still showing 100 effective days left from original 104. Anyone know how many weeks of backpay I should be expecting?

You should be entitled to 3 weeks of back pay if you've been certifying consistently. The weeks between 3/25 and 4/14 should all come through eventually. Keep checking your payment history.

I found a way to actually talk to someone about this. Used claimyr.com - its this service that calls and waits on hold then connects you when someone picks up. Costs $20 but totally worth it to get this sorted out. Here's a video about how it works: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

IMPORTANT: Make sure youre checking your payment history AND your message inbox. Sometimes they need additional info before releasing backpay and theyll send you a questionnaire. If you miss it your payments could be delayed even longer.

Here's what you need to know about missing payments after BYE dates: - After BYE date, system automatically reviews your claim - Backpay is processed once review is complete - Usually takes 2-3 weeks for payments to resume - All certified weeks should be paid retroactively - Keep certifying every week without fail If you need immediate answers, try claimyr.com to get through to an agent. Much better than waiting on hold forever. Source: went through this myself last month
