Missing 7 weeks of unemployment payments ($4,200) between February-March 2023 despite recent payments being released

Just got my claims released but there's a big gap in my payments. Missing about 7 weeks between February 5th and March 26th, 2023. My weekly benefit rate is $604. The payments after March 26th are coming through fine but there's this weird gap. I can see in my payment history that all my recent weeks were released on 05/05/2023 via Direct Deposit: - Week Ending 04/30/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) - Week Ending 04/23/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) - Week Ending 04/16/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) - Week Ending 04/09/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) - Week Ending 04/02/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) - Week Ending 03/26/2023: $604.00 (4 effective days) Then there's this big gap until: - Week Ending 02/05/2023: $0.00 (4 effective days) - Listed as "Waiting week" with release date 05/03/2023 I qualify for 4 effective days each week to receive my total weekly benefit rate. The system says "For each day in the week that you are not eligible to receive benefits you will receive one less effective day which is equivalent to one fourth of your weekly benefit rate." It also mentions "You can receive a maximum of 104 effective days on your claim." I've checked and my Benefit Year Ending date hasn't passed. I understand that if I remain unemployed after the BYE date, I would need to file a new claim immediately. The payment history shows all my recent payments as "Direct Deposit" but I'm missing those payments between February 5th and March 26th. That's about 7 weeks of payments at $604 each, which is over $4,200! Anyone know what could be causing this gap? Is it because of the "waiting week" notation? Should I contact KeyBank Customer Service at (866) 295-2955 or should I call the unemployment office directly? I need to get this fixed ASAP as I'm counting on that money.

Same thing happened to me last month! Those missing weeks are probably under review. You need to call and speak to a tier 2 specialist to release those weeks.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! Used this service called claimyr.com - they dial the phone menu, wait on hold, then call you when they get an agent. Costs $20 but totally worth it. Here's a video about how it works: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Listen up, here's what you need to know about gaps in payments: First, check if you certified correctly for those weeks. Any missed certifications can cause gaps. If you're sure you certified, it could be: - System flag for identity verification - Employment verification pending - Random audit - Break in claim Best solution is getting through to a specialist. Regular agents can't help with this. Use claimyr.com to skip the phone queue - saved me hours of hold time. Document everything! Screenshot your payment history and keep records of all your certifications. You'll need this when you talk to them.

Did you work at all during those weeks? Even part time work can mess up your claims if not reported correctly
