I went through one last month. Honestly get a lawyer if you can afford it. The judge was super technical about everything and my old employer had their attorney there. I lost because I didnt know how to present my evidence properly 😭

Key things: - Document EVERYTHING - Show up 15 mins early to the zoom call - Have all your paystubs and communication with employer ready - Stay calm and professional - Only speak when asked - If you were fired, make sure you can prove it wasn't misconduct Good luck!
