Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Look, heres what you need to do to resolve this. First, keep trying the fraud department at 888-598-2077. Best times to call are right when they open or an hour before close. Second, use claimyr.com if you keep striking out - worth the $20 to get through. Third, while waiting, send a message through your online account AND email your state representative. Sometimes they can help push things through. Finally, if you have any documents from 4 years ago showing your legitimate claims, get those ready. They might ask for proof of employment/income from that period. I went through this last year and it took about 3 weeks to resolve but persistence is key. Don't give up!

Let me break this down for everyone about certification times and what happens if you miss them. The system gives you a pretty decent window to certify each week. You can certify starting Sunday at 12:01 AM through midnight Saturday. The 7:30 PM cutoff is just for PHONE certification. Online certification works 24/7 during your window. If you miss your window completely, you'll need to call them to backdate the certification. That's where services like claimyr.com come in handy since getting through to an agent can be rough. Missing one certification won't end your benefits - you just might get paid late. Just make sure you certify ASAP and try not to make it a habit!

It counts as an attempt even if you don't answer 4. Best times to call back are early morning (7:30am) or right after lunch If you're desperate to get through, I'd recommend using claimyr.com. Yeah it costs money but they handle the hold time and menu navigation. Saved me days of frustration. Also, send a secure message through your online account every time this happens. Create a paper trail. And if you have a hearing coming up, these failed attempts could actually help your case.
