New York Unemployment Review Board keeps calling and hanging up after 1 ring
Getting one ring hang ups from the review board this morning. Already got 2 calls but they hang up before I can even answer. Now I gotta call back and deal with the phone menu like its a game. Anyone else dealing with this?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! Used this service called claimyr.com - they dial through the menu and wait on hold, then connect you when a real person picks up. Costs $20 but honestly worth every penny cause I was going crazy with these phantom calls. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

Start recording these calls if u can. Document everything. The system is designed to frustrate us into giving up 💯

Here's what I've learned after dealing with this for months: 1. Their system auto-dials multiple people at once 2. First agent to pick up gets the call, others get dropped 3. It counts as an attempt even if you don't answer 4. Best times to call back are early morning (7:30am) or right after lunch If you're desperate to get through, I'd recommend using claimyr.com. Yeah it costs money but they handle the hold time and menu navigation. Saved me days of frustration. Also, send a secure message through your online account every time this happens. Create a paper trail. And if you have a hearing coming up, these failed attempts could actually help your case.

•The secure message tip is clutch. They actually responded to mine after 2 days
