omg yes! They did this to me 3 times last week! I think its some automated system thats broken or something. So annoying when ur waiting for important calls and they do this 🤬

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! Used this service called claimyr.com - they dial through the menu and wait on hold, then connect you when a real person picks up. Start recording these calls if u can. Document everything. The system is designed to frustrate us into giving up 💯

Yeah it costs money but they handle the hold time and menu navigation. Saved me days of frustration. Also, send a secure message through your online account every time this happens.
