KDOL account locked - Already have SSN associated account but can't log in. Verified ID at post office, no confirmation. What next?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my unemployment account. The system says I already have an account with my SSN, but I don't know the username or password. I'm locked out now and they told me to go to the post office to verify my identity. I did that, but I haven't gotten any confirmation. Should I call them back or wait? Anyone been through this?

I found a way to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://www.claimyr.com

Basically, yeah. Their system navigates the phone tree and waits on hold. When a real person answers, it calls your phone. You just answer and start talking to the agent.
