Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

Email still not verified after post office ID check - HELP!

Hey everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my account. I went to the post office to verify my identity, but when I try to log in, it still says my email isn't verified. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any ideas on what I should do next?

This happened to me too! Turns out there was a glitch in their system that wasn't syncing the in-person verification with online accounts. I had to go back to the post office and ask them to resend the verification. It's a pain, but it might be worth a shot.

Listen up, because I've been through this rodeo before. Here's what you need to do: ā€¢ Call them immediately. Don't wait. ā€¢ Be polite but firm. You're not asking for a favor, you're requesting a reasonable accommodation due to circumstances beyond your control. ā€¢ Have all your facts ready. Date you received the notice, details about the weather, any news reports about mail delays, etc. ā€¢ If the first person you talk to can't help, ask for a supervisor. ā€¢ Get any extension they give you in writing - email is fine. ā€¢ Follow up with a written request as well, either by email or fax. ā€¢ Set a reminder for yourself to follow up on this in a few days. Remember, you're not the first person to need an extension and you won't be the last. Stay calm, be persistent, and you'll get through this. Good luck!

Just a heads up, when I claimed my missed weeks, they didn't pay me for the weeks where I had partial employment. Make sure you report any income accurately to avoid overpayment issues later!

Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I lost my job right before Christmas and I'm trying to file for unemployment, but the system is saying I already have an account with my social security number. Problem is, I have no clue what the user ID or password could be. Now I'm locked out and they're telling me to contact the call center.
