PFL hasn't sent forms since April application - what to do?
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with PFL. I applied back in April and still haven't received any forms. It's been over a month now and I'm getting worried. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do? I'm thinking about calling them to make sure they have my correct address and to ask them to resend the forms. Any advice would be appreciated!

Ugh, I feel your pain! I had a similar issue last year. Definitely call them ASAP. Sometimes things get lost in the mail or there's a glitch in their system. When you call, make sure to: • Verify your mailing address • Ask them to resend all forms • Get a confirmation number or the name of the person you spoke with • Ask about any online options for receiving forms Good luck! I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•It took about 2 hours, but I didn't have to sit by the phone. They called me when an agent was on the line. Way better than wasting a whole day redialing!

Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling right when they open. I've had better luck that way.

This happened to me too. Turns out they had my address wrong by one number. Took forever to sort out. Make sure you triple check all your info when you talk to them!
