PFL claim re-establishment filed 4/19 - No updates, what's going on?

Ugh, I feel ya. The PFL system is such a mess rn. I filed mine back in March and still haven't heard squat. It's like they're purposely trying to make it as difficult as possible for us 🙄

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

This might sound crazy, but try faxing them. I know, I know, what year is it? But I swear, I faxed my docs and got a response within a week. Sometimes the old school methods work best with these dinosaur systems.

Anybody else feel like we're all just stuck in a giant game of bureaucratic pinball? Bounce from one department to another, never getting any real answers. It's exhausting.

Pro tip: document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every email. You never know when you'll need to prove you've been trying to resolve this. Cover your bases, trust me.
