PFL claim filed weeks ago, no response. Anyone else experiencing delays?

Ugh, I feel you. I've been waiting on my PFL claim for over a month now. It's so frustrating! Have you tried calling them? I've heard some people have had luck getting through.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

The whole system is broken af. I've been waiting 2 months for my claim to be processed. It's ridiculous how they expect people to survive while they take their sweet time. 🤬

idk if this helps, but I had success by faxing my documents instead of mailing them. Seemed to speed things up a bit.

Anyone else notice that claims filed in September seem to be taking longer? I wonder if there's a backlog or something.
