Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Have you checked their website? Sometimes they have forms for extension requests that you can submit online. Might be worth a shot!

Has anyone tried faxing their documents? I know it sounds old school, but I've heard it can be faster than mail or email sometimes.
Omg yes! Faxing worked for me when nothing else did. It's like they're stuck in the 90s or something 🤣

idk if this helps, but I had luck emailing them. took a few days to get a response, but at least I didnt have to deal with phone trees

I actually had a pretty smooth experience! Just make sure you triple-check everything before submitting.
It's hit or miss. My first claim was a nightmare, but the second one went through without a hitch. 🤷♂️

Have you checked if there were any changes to the PFL program recently? Sometimes they update rules and it messes up ongoing claims.
guys. i literaly just got off the phone with PFL. they said there's a huge backlog due to a system upgrade. might explain the delays everyone's experiencing

•There is! Go to the EDD website and look for the 'Customer Account' section. You can check your claim status there.
