Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my PFL claim. I filed to re-establish it on April 19th, but I haven't heard anything back yet. It's been a few weeks now, and I'm starting to get worried. Anybody else feel like we're all just stuck in a giant game of bureaucratic pinball? Bounce from one department to another, never getting any real answers. It's exhausting.

Has anyone else had issues with their unemployment payment not showing up in their bank account? The agency says they sent it out days ago, but I still haven't seen anything. It's been almost a week now and I'm starting to get worried. Any advice on what to do or who to contact?

PFL extension processed but no payment received - help!

PSA: If your claim is related to pregnancy or bonding, make sure you've submitted all the required medical documentation. That can hold things up.
EDD Military Leave Pay: Filed 3x, Called 6x, Still No Resolution. Help!
I've called the military service department 6 times now trying to get paid for my leave and recomputation. I've filed my claim three times already. Anyone else dealing with this? Any advice on how to actually get through to someone who can help?

Have you tried reaching out to your unit's admin? Sometimes they can help navigate the bureaucracy or have contacts that can expedite things.

I'm an EDD employee (not in the military department tho). The system is super backed up right now due to budget cuts and staff shortages. My advice: be persistent, document EVERYTHING, and if possible, try to get an in-person appointment at a field office.
