PFL claim stuck for 3 weeks, no updates. Desperate for financial help. Any advice?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I waited 5 weeks for my claim to process and it was absolute hell. The system is so backed up right now, it's ridiculous. Have you tried calling them? It's a nightmare to get through, but if you keep trying you might get lucky.

The whole system is a joke. They expect us to wait weeks with no income? How are we supposed to survive? 🤬

Has anyone tried faxing their documents instead of mailing? I heard it might be faster, but idk if that's just an urban legend lol

Guys, I'm telling you, social media is the way to go. I tweeted at them every day for a week and suddenly my claim started moving. Coincidence? I think not 😏
