PFL extension processed but no payment received - help!

Ugh, I'm in the same boat! 🚣‍♀️ It's so frustrating when they say it's processed but nothing shows up in your account. Have you tried calling them? That's usually the next step, but good luck getting through...

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Check out this video for more info: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your claim status online. Sometimes there's additional info they need. 2. If it says processed, wait at least 10 business days for the payment to hit your account. 3. Make sure your payment method is correct (direct deposit vs debit card). 4. If still nothing after 10 days, you HAVE to call. Keep trying different times of day. 5. If calling fails, consider sending a secure message through your online account. 6. As a last resort, contact your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes expedite things. Hang in there! The system is overwhelmed but they'll get to you eventually.

Unpopular opinion: maybe try going to the office in person? I know it's a pain, but sometimes face-to-face gets results faster.

guys i think the whole system is broken. my cousin works for edd and says theyre super backlogged. we're all just stuck waiting 😔

PSA: If your claim is related to pregnancy or bonding, make sure you've submitted all the required medical documentation. That can hold things up.

Anyone else notice that the website is always "under maintenance" when you actually need to use it? 🙄
