PFL claim processed but no payment received - doctor added more days, what now?

Send a secure message through the online portal explaining the situation. 3. If you can't get through on the phone, try contacting your local assemblymember's office. I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you checked your claim status online? Sometimes it updates there before you actually receive the payment.

Quick question - did you make sure to report any wages earned during your claim period? That can affect when/how much you receive.

Guys, I think I cracked the code. If you press 2, then 1, then 4, then wait for the Spanish option and press 3, you can sometimes get through to a real person. It's like playing a video game lol

Anyone else notice that the PFL system seems to be extra slow lately? Wonder if they're short-staffed or something.
