PFL application submitted 10+ days ago, no updates or payment. Anyone else experiencing delays?

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Missing info can cause major delays. 3. If it's been more than 14 business days, definitely try to contact them. 4. Use their online portal to check your claim status if possible. 5. If you're really in a bind, contact your local state representative. They can sometimes expedite claims. Hang in there! The system is frustrating but you'll get your money eventually.

I heard they're super backed up bc of all the wildfires. Lots of ppl applying for leave to deal with that mess

Pro tip: if you fax your docs instead of mailing, it can speed things up. Old school but it works!

Anyone else notice that the wait times seem to be longer if you apply online vs paper? Or am I just paranoid?
