EDD Error E324 when submitting baby bonding app - multiple accounts issue?

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my baby bonding application. I keep getting Error E324 when I try to submit it. I think it might be because I created a new account with a different email address than the one I used before. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice on how to fix it?

I found a way to solve Error E324 baby bonding application, watch this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPE7eVK2Td8

Ugh, I had a similar problem last year. Have you tried calling EDD to merge your accounts? That might solve the issue.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll give that a try. Did you have to wait long on hold when you called?

Lol, prepare yourself. I was on hold for like 3 hours 💀 But it was worth it in the end.

3 hours? You got lucky! I've been trying to get through for weeks 😭

I found a way to get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical at first too, but it really worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

20 bucks to avoid hours on hold? Sign me up! 🙌

Here's what I'd do: 1. Try logging in with your old email first. If that doesn't work: 2. Call EDD and explain the situation. Ask them to merge your accounts or reset any conflicting data. 3. Be prepared with both email addresses and any relevant info. 4. If they can't help, ask to speak to a supervisor. 5. Document everything - get names and reference numbers. Good luck! The system is a mess, but persistence usually pays off.

Wow, thanks for the detailed advice! I'll definitely follow these steps. 🙏

This is solid advice. I'd add: be super nice to the rep, even if you're frustrated. They're more likely to go the extra mile for you.

have u tried turning it off and on again? 🤣

I swear, EDD's website was designed by monkeys. How hard is it to make a system that actually works? 🤦‍♂️

Hey now, don't insult monkeys like that! 🐒

For real tho. Its like they're stuck in 1995 or smthn

Quick question - did you try clearing your browser cache and cookies before submitting? Sometimes that can help with weird errors.

I didn't think of that! I'll give it a shot, thanks!

Ive been dealing with EDD for 6 months now. My advice? Document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every email. You never know when you'll need that info.

THIS 👆 Cannot stress this enough. EDD lost my paperwork twice and having records saved my butt.

Anyone else feel like we need a support group for dealing with EDD? 😅 This stuff is more stressful than my actual job!

Lol, for real. EDD Survivors Anonymous, anyone? 🙋‍♀️

I'd join that group in a heartbeat 😂
