EDD ID.me Error E324 - Help Needed!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about this! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I had the exact same E324 error last month! What finally worked for me was logging out of both EDD and ID.me completely, then restarting the whole process from scratch. Also make sure you're not using any browser extensions that might interfere. The incognito window trick that Juan mentioned is solid advice too.
