EDD Login Error E324 - Can't Access Account to Apply for Benefits

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble logging into my EDD account. Every time I try, I get this E324 error message. It's really frustrating because I need to apply for benefits. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

Ugh, I've been dealing with the same issue for days now! It's so annoying. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That sometimes helps with weird login errors.

I had the same problem last month. It turned out to be a system-wide issue on EDD's end. You might want to check their Twitter or Facebook for any announcements about technical difficulties.

Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes Internet Explorer works better with government websites (as outdated as that sounds lol

Lol, really? I haven't used IE in years! But I guess it's worth a shot. Thanks for the tip!

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Has anyone else tried it?

$20 just to talk to someone? That's ridiculous. The system is so broken 😡

I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Sometimes you gotta pay to play, ya know?

I used it too. Felt weird paying but man, it was worth it to finally get my issue resolved.

Here's a detailed breakdown of what might be causing the E324 error and some potential solutions: 1. Server overload: EDD's systems get overwhelmed during peak times. Try logging in early morning or late night. 2. Browser issues: Clear cache, disable extensions, or try a different browser. 3. Account lockout: If you've had too many failed login attempts, your account might be temporarily locked. Wait 24 hours and try again. 4. Outdated personal info: Make sure your personal information is up to date in the system. 5. System maintenance: Check EDD's official channels for any scheduled maintenance that might be causing login issues. 6. VPN interference: If you're using a VPN, try disabling it as it might conflict with EDD's security measures. If none of these work, you might need to contact EDD directly. Good luck!

Preach! 🙌 It's 2023 and we're still dealing with these ancient systems. Ridiculous.

Totally agree. It's like they make it difficult on purpose to discourage people from claiming benefits.

Have you checked if your UI Online account is fully set up? Sometimes incomplete registration can cause login issues.

I ran into the E324 error a few weeks ago and it was so frustrating! What finally worked for me was calling the EDD tech support line at 1-800-300-5616. I know it's hard to get through, but I called right at 8am when they opened and got connected after about 45 minutes on hold. The rep was able to reset something on their end and I could log in immediately after. Might be worth a shot if the browser fixes don't work!

Thanks for sharing the phone number! I've been hesitant to call because I heard the wait times are insane, but 45 minutes doesn't sound too bad. I'll try calling first thing tomorrow morning. Did they ask for any specific info when you called, or just your usual account details?

That's actually really helpful to know! I've been putting off calling because I assumed the wait would be hours. Did you have to explain the E324 error specifically, or did they know what it was right away? I'm wondering if I should have any screenshots or error details ready when I call.
