EDD Disability login errors E316 and E318 - Help!

Ugh, those error codes are the worst! I've been dealing with E316 for weeks now. It's so frustrating 😤 Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? That sometimes helps with login issues.

Here's what I know about these error codes: • E316: Usually means there's a problem with your account information • E318: Often related to system maintenance or high traffic Some things you can try: 1. Wait a few hours and try again (especially for E318) 2. Double-check all your personal info is correct 3. Try a different browser or device 4. Call the EDD directly (good luck with that lol) If none of that works, you might need to create a new account. It's a pain, but sometimes it's the only way 🤷‍♂️

I'm in the same boat, OP. Been trying to log in for days now. This whole system is a joke. How are we supposed to get help when we cant even access our accounts?

Pro tip: if you're gonna call EDD, do it right when they open. I'm talking like, be dialing at 7:59:59 AM. Sometimes you can get through before the queue fills up.

Not to be that guy, but have you checked if your claim is still active? Sometimes these errors pop up if your benefit year has ended or if there's an issue with your claim status.

What finally worked for me was using incognito/private browsing mode AND making sure I was using the exact URL from EDD's official site (not a bookmarked one). Also, try logging in during off-peak hours like early morning or late evening when there's less traffic on their servers. The E318 error especially seems to be related to server overload.
