I feel for you, OP. The waiting game is the worst. Have you checked your claim status online? Sometimes there are updates there that can give you an idea of what's going on.
This happened to me last year. Turns out there was a small error on my application that held everything up. Once I got through and fixed it, the payments came through pretty quickly. Keep trying!
Pro tip: If you can't get through on the phone, try faxing your inquiry. Sometimes they respond faster to faxes (ikr, welcome to 1995 🙄

Not to be that guy, but are you sure you submitted it correctly? Double-check that you didn't miss any required fields or approvals. I've seen people wait weeks only to realize they forgot to hit 'submit' at the end 🤦♂️
