It's okay for super basic stuff, but anything complicated and it just tells you to call... which gets you nowhere 🙃

Has anyone had experience with extending their PFL? I'm worried I might need more time than I initially thought...
I extended mine last year. You need to file a new claim before your current one ends. Call them ASAP to get the process started!

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my timesheet at work. I submitted it a while ago but haven't heard anything back. Has anyone else experienced delays with their timesheets being processed? I'm getting worried about my paycheck and could use some advice on what to do next.

Not to be that guy, but are you sure you submitted it correctly? Double-check that you didn't miss any required fields or approvals. I've seen people wait weeks only to realize they forgot to hit 'submit' at the end 🤦♂️

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my baby bonding leave. I took a month off when my baby was born, and now I'm trying to take the rest of my leave. It's been two weeks, but I haven't received any updates or confirmation about when I'll get paid. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm getting worried because I need that income to support my family. Any advice on what I should do or who I should contact?

I'm in the exact same boat rn. Been waiting for 3 weeks with no update. This system is so broken, it's ridiculous. How are we supposed to support our families like this? 😤

It took about 2 weeks for me, but I've heard it can take up to a month sometimes. Don't count on it being quick, that's for sure.

Mine took 3 weeks, but my friend got hers in 10 days. I think it depends on how complicated your case is and how backed up they are.
