Tips for first-time PFL call? Nervous and need advice!
Hey everyone, I'm about to call about my Paid Family Leave and I'm feeling a bit nervous. Anyone have any tips or advice on what to expect? I've never had to deal with this before and I want to make sure I'm prepared. Any help would be appreciated!

Congrats on the new addition to your family! When I called about my PFL, they mostly just wanted to verify my information and make sure all my paperwork was in order. Make sure you have your claim number handy and any relevant dates (like when you started your leave). Good luck!

Hey, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM
