Pro tip: try accessing the site late at night or early morning. Less traffic, fewer issues.

Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member? Sometimes they can help push things through faster.
I didn't even know that was an option! How do I find my assembly member?
Just google '[your city] assembly member' and you should find their contact info. Send them an email explaining your situation. They usually have staff dedicated to helping with EDD issues.
EDD sent me 2 wrong overpayment notices ($1620 & $3240). How to fix?
I just got two overpayment notices from EDD and both of them are wrong. One says I owe $1620 and the other says $3240. These amounts are completely incorrect. Has anyone else dealt with this? How did you get it fixed? I'm worried about having to pay back money I don't actually owe.

I tried that last month. Waited 4 hours only to be told I needed to call the main line anyway. Total waste of time 😑
