have you checked your spam/junk email folder? sometimes the 1099-G emails go there. also try logging in at exactly midnight - that's when their system refreshes and sometimes works better.

Bruh I had the SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Called them 45+ times with no answer. Filed my taxes anyways with my best guess at the unemployment amount. If they want their money they should make it easier to find the right amount lol
