EDD Account Locked Out - Can't Reset Password Without Last Payment Amount. Help!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle with unemployment. I got fired and now I'm trying to file a claim, but I can't even access my account. The system is asking for my last payment amount to reset my password, but I have no clue what it is. Anyone been through this? Any tips on how to get through to a real person at the unemployment office?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI
