I heard they're doing a system upgrade this week. Might be why everythings messed up. Try again in a few days maybe?

This happened to me last month. Turns out my identity verification had expired and I had to resubmit all my docs. Check if that might be your issue too.

Have you checked your bank account details in the system? Sometimes payments get held up if there's a mismatch or if your bank rejects the deposit for some reason.
