TWC PIN reset not working online - need help filing unemployment claim ASAP!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I forgot my PIN for filing an unemployment claim and the online reset isn't working. Has anyone else run into this? Any tips on how to get it sorted out quickly? I really need to file my claim and I'm starting to get worried.

Ugh, been there done that. The online system is a joke sometimes. Your best bet is to call them directly. Be prepared to wait on hold for a while tho. Make sure you have your SSN and any other info they might need handy.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/V-IMvH88P1U

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call the main unemployment number 2. Choose the option for PIN issues 3. Have your SSN ready 4. Be patient (took me about 45 mins on hold) 5. Explain the situation calmly 6. They'll verify your identity 7. New PIN will be set up Hope this helps! Good luck!
