PFL payment delayed & can't update contact info - help!

Ugh, I feel your pain! The PFL system is such a mess rn. Have you tried calling their hotline? I spent hours on hold last week and still couldn't get through 🙄

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes the notifications end up there. Also, make sure all your docs are uploaded correctly in the portal. They won't process anything if even one thing is missing.
